నమస్కారం, there is now clarity of what i want to write and how to make sure it is semantically correct and accessible for all. fixed "broken same-page links by removing <li id=>, added <h1> and </h1> on all pages, removed "text-align:justify" from .css file, for jumping to start of page added <a href="#" lang="te">పేజీ ప్రారంభానికి తిరిగి వెళ్ళు</a>, added "aria-labelled" few heading [ i will write about them later ]. and i am yet to read few rfcs!!!!!
